Mido exclusivamente el <strong>costo visible para el cliente final</strong> al momento de la compra: env&#237;o + fee de servicio. No mido costos operativos, comisiones, m&#225;rgenes ni impuestos. El an&#225;lisis se enfoca en env&#237;os a <strong>menos de 3 km</strong> del punto de salida. justify;"><strong>Una mirada m&#225;s de cerca</strong></p><h2><strong>Qu&#233; se ve en cada industria</strong></h2><p style="text-align: justify;">Lo primero que salta: <strong>ning&#250;n cliente paga el costo real del env&#237;o.</strong> En todas las verticales, el negocio absorbe una parte. Las farmacias absorben casi todo. Los restaurantes trasladan un pedazo. Los supermercados mucho menos. Es una constante.</p><p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Farmacias:</strong> la brecha m&#225;s grande. Benavides, Del Ahorro y Prixz en M&#233;xico, m&#225;s varias cadenas en Ecuador y Colombia, ofrecen env&#237;o gratis con m&#237;nimos de compra bajos. El cliente que pide lo mismo por una delivery app paga <strong>$2.34</strong>. Un delta de m&#225;s de dos d&#243;lares entre canales.</p><p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Restaurantes:</strong> <strong>$1.83</strong> en canal propio vs <strong>$2.34</strong> en apps. La diferencia parece chica, pero en las apps el costo viene repartido en cuatro l&#237;neas: delivery fee, service fee, membres&#237;a, propina. El cliente ya normaliz&#243; pagar $2.34 por recibir comida en su puerta. Todo lo que est&#233; por debajo de ese n&#250;mero es percibido como un costo razonable.</p><p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Supermercados:</strong> aqu&#237; la relaci&#243;n se invierte. El env&#237;o directo de un s&#250;per promedia <strong>$3.50</strong> (hasta $9.70 en Walmart M&#233;xico en zonas lejanas). Las apps cobran alrededor de <strong>$2.10</strong>. Pero ojo: varias cadenas est&#225;n migrando a suscripciones mensuales &#8212; Walmart Pass, Soriana Plus, HEB Prime, Jumbo Prime &#8212; lo que cambia la ecuaci&#243;n.</p><p style="text-align: justify;">El patr&#243;n de fondo: <strong>el techo de referencia lo ponen las apps.</strong> Lo que el cliente ya paga en Rappi o Uber Eats (env&#237;o + fees + propina) es el l&#237;mite de lo que el mercado acepta. Cualquier costo que est&#233; entre el precio D2C actual y ese techo cae en un rango que el cliente ya paga en otro canal, sin fricci&#243;n.</p><div><hr></div><p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>El Benchmark</strong></p><h2><strong>Entonces, &#191;cu&#225;nto deber&#237;a costar un env&#237;o?</strong></h2><p style="text-align: justify;">Con todo lo anterior, arm&#233; rangos de referencia por industria.
